Hillwood Welcomes Residents to its Third Multifamily Urban Living Community at Frisco Station, The Casey

HILLWOOD WELCOMES RESIDENTS TO ITS THIRD MULTIFAMILY URBAN LIVING COMMUNITY AT FRISCO STATION, THE CASEY

FRISCO, Texas (December 19, 2023) – Hillwood has opened The Casey at Frisco Station, a 300-unit luxury apartment home community in Frisco. Hillwood’s third urban living apartment community inside Frisco Station, a 242-acre, mixed-use development, will help meet the growing housing demand in one of the fastest-growing cities in the country.

The Casey at Frisco Station, located at 4250 Gridiron Road, is at the northwest quadrant of the Dallas North Tollway and Warren Parkway. Frisco Station now includes 1,255 units of urban living apartments, 650,000 square feet of Class A+ office space and three luxury hotel brands with additional restaurant and entertainment venues planned.

The Casey was designed by JHP Architecture/Urban Design, and construction financing was provided by Comerica. The Casey is a five-story, urban-style community with studio, one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 513 square feet to 1,375 square feet. The apartment homes and community amenities have been designed to accommodate today’s growing work-from-home trends with in-home workspaces and studies, community-wide Wi-Fi and dedicated co-working amenity spaces with private offices and two conference rooms. Each apartment home is also fully integrated with Level Smart Home Technology and features 10-foot ceilings, Energy Star appliances, modern cabinets, spacious walk-in closets, and private patios. Select units also offer built-in desks, studies, urban mudrooms and butler’s pantries.

Additional community features include electric vehicle charging stations, a 24-hour fitness center, a pet washing station, a bike storage room, and a sports lounge overlooking a resort-style pool.

The Casey at Frisco Station is easily accessible to the Dallas North Tollway and Highway 121, and residents are also in close proximity to 3 million square feet of mid- and high-rise office space, dining, shopping, entertainment, and steps away from The Star, the 91-acre headquarters and practice facility of the Dallas Cowboys.

The Casey’s location brings additional off-site amenities. The community is near Frisco’s regional hiking and biking trail system and the expanded Canyon East and The Bend, part of Frisco Station’s 30-acre programmed park system.
