FRISCO, Texas (December 19, 2023) – Hillwood has opened The Casey at Frisco Station, a 300-unit luxury apartment home community in Frisco. Hillwood’s third urban living apartment community inside Frisco Station, a 242-acre, mixed-use development, will help meet the growing housing demand in one of the fastest-growing cities in the country.
The Casey at Frisco Station, located at 4250 Gridiron Road, is at the northwest quadrant of the Dallas North Tollway and Warren Parkway. Frisco Station now includes 1,255 units of urban living apartments, 650,000 square feet of Class A+ office space and three luxury hotel brands with additional restaurant and entertainment venues planned.

The Casey was designed by JHP Architecture/Urban Design, and construction financing was provided by Comerica. The apartment homes and community amenities have been designed to accommodate today’s growing work-from-home trends with in-home workspaces and studies, community-wide Wi-Fi and dedicated co-working amenity spaces with private offices and two conference rooms. Select units also offer built-in desks, studies, urban mudrooms and butler’s pantries.
