More Ways to Call Frisco Station Home

Frisco Station’s residential offerings are expanding with a planned community of 70 luxury single-family homes from Toll Brothers. The new neighborhood will be the first single-family community within the 242-acre development, giving residents another way to live well while staying connected to work, recreation and everyday amenities.

Planned across 23 acres in Frisco’s North Platinum Corridor, the community will feature one- and two-story homes ranging from approximately 2,800 to 4,700 square feet. Buyers will also be able to personalize their homes through the Toll Brothers Design Studio experience.

“We have a special opportunity to offer high-end, single-family residential homes during a time when available land in Frisco is limited,” said Mike Berry, president of Hillwood, the general partner of the Frisco Station Partnership.

Residents will be within walking distance of The Star and close to Frisco Station’s growing mix of offices, hotels, dining, and green space. Future plans along Lebanon Road include new food and beverage concepts, fitness options and retail amenities, while the development’s 30-acre park and trail system will connect the community to Frisco’s regional hiking and biking network.

Development of the neighborhood is expected to begin in spring 2027, with homes anticipated to open for sale in fall 2028.

The Toll Brothers community will further expand a residential mix that already offers a variety of living options at SkyHouse Frisco Station, Bexley, Cadence and The Casey, with Bonham and Baker also underway.
