The Offices Three at Frisco Station is attracting new leasing activity as businesses look for flexible, high-quality office space they can occupy quickly. In addition to Kyndryl’s recent lease of nearly 5,800 square feet for its AI innovation lab, The Offices Three announced nearly 50,000 square feet of new leasing activity in May. The announcement also included 12,000 square feet of move-in-ready spec suites ranging from 2,500 to 6,500 square feet.
The recent activity includes architecture and engineering firm Parkhill, which leased 26,254 square feet for its second Dallas-Fort Worth location. Its fully customized office is designed to reflect the firm’s brand and support a modern, collaborative work environment.
Ash Grove leased 5,174 square feet for a regional office, while Raymond James leased 5,120 square feet for its Frisco branch. Both companies selected move-in-ready spec suites offering the benefits of a finished office with less time and upfront investment required for a full build-out.

“With a location that’s easy to get to and amenities people want to use, The Offices Three continues to attract strong interest and maintain leasing momentum,” said Tyler Chapman, director of development for VanTrust Real Estate’s Dallas office.
Tenants at The Offices Three have access to a dedicated lounge, dining area, huddle rooms and bar-top collaboration areas. The building also offers convenient connections to the Dallas North Tollway, State Highway 121/Sam Rayburn Tollway, The Star and the growing Collin County workforce.
Together, The Offices One, Two and Three provide 700,000 square feet of fully amenitized Class A office space, supporting Frisco Station’s continued growth as a connected place to work, live and stay.
